  • Do you have Credit Card Services?
    As for now we only have FPX services, but sooner or later we will provide credit card features.
  • How long will it take for account approval?
    Approximately 1-2 days after documentation checking and verification.
  • How long is the settlement period?
    Our settlement is 24 hours. But we have two types of settlement for a day which are morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session will start from 8.00am till 11.00pm. The afternoon session will start from 2.00pm till 5.00pm. We will cut off the settlement at 5.00pm and the money will be transferred the next day at 8.00am.
  • What is Direct pay & Quick pay?
    Direct pay is a payment that merchants can print out their own QR code or they can directly send the QR code to their customer. Quick pay is a payment that merchants can send out a payment link to the customer directly.
  • Is there any restricted business that should be aware before registering at Malakat Pay?
